FAQ.

Can i book for more than 2 pax?

-Yes, you can. Extra RM10 per pax and you will receive additional 1 printed photo.

How many pax can we fit in one session?

-Maximum pax is 6 person. However if you need to add more pax, you can let us know earlier so that we can make an arrangement specially for you.

Will i get the digital copies?

-Yes, you can. Additional RM30 needed to get all the digital copies of your session. Soft copies will be send via Airdrop or google drive (email).

How do i make the payment?

- After the booking been made by our website, our staff will contact you via WhatsApp to get the confirmation for the booking. The deposits payment (70%) can be made to our bank account, and the remaining balance can be made at our studio (via cash / QR pay).

Are walk-ins allowed?

- We do but only if theres no ongoing sessions. We prefer if you book your session earlier to get your preferred timing to avoid disappointment.

I am late, can I still proceed with my appointment?

- Yes, only if you are 15 minutes late. Your shooting session might be deduct if necessary. No shows up 15 minutes within your booking session are count as cancel booking and so no reschedule or refund allowed.
